目前，自膨胀封隔器的应用领域仅限于钻完井中。为了满足油田生产工艺的特殊需求，开发了适合于套管内使用的管内自膨胀封隔器。针对常规管内封隔器的技术特点及设计要求，优化了自膨胀橡胶材料的性能参数，并设计了2种不同结构的封隔器以及测试井专用过缆封隔器，以满足不同的生产需求。通过室内模拟试验，对管内自膨胀封隔器的坐封、承压和解封性能进行测试，并成功应用于油管堵漏作业中。可用于防砂管内分层采油与分层测试的自膨胀封隔器也即将应用于现场。

At present,the applying field of swellable packer is limited to drilling and completion.In order to meet the special needs of oil production technology a kind of swellable packer for casing and tubing inner was developed.In accordance with the technical features of the conventional cas-ing packer and design requirements,the performance parameters of rubber materials,and two dif-ferent structures of packer were designed and cable packer of zonal testing was optimized to meet different production requirements.By a large number of simulation experiment,the casing swellable packer setting,the comprehensive test has been carried on for pressure-bearing and re-leasing,and successfully applied to the tubing plugging operation.At the same time,the swellable packer used for zonal production and zonal testing in sand control string will be applied in the field.
