内卡式顶驱下套管装置的卡瓦是插入套管内,通过卡紧套管本体的内壁来实现转矩传递,存在成本高、管理复杂、增加作业工作量等缺点。研制了接箍卡紧式顶驱下套管装置,通过卡紧套管接箍外壁来传递转矩,并采用弹性密封垫圈密封接箍的端面。该装置通过更换4种钳头,可进行114.3~508.0 mm(4~20英寸)套管的下井作业,同时实现套管柱旋转、下压操作、泥浆循环,使井眼缩径、井壁坍塌、岩屑沉淀等问题得到及时排除,作业效率高。介绍了该装置的结构和工作原理。

The working principle of Casing Running Tool (Internal Clamping type)is clamping the inner wall of casing by inserting the slip to realize torque transmission,there are several defects such as high cost,complex management,increased operate workload.Top Drive Casing Running Tool (Collar Clamping type)uses clamping the outer wall of casing coupling to transit torque and adopt elastic seal washer to seal coupling end face.The device could suit to the running operation of casing from 114.3 to 508.0 mm (4 to 20 inches)by changing four different size tong head to realize casing rotate and press operate and mud circulating simultaneously,thus avoiding some dif-ficulties such as hole shrinkage,borehole wall collapse and debris deposits.The structure and working principle of this device are introduced in this paper.
