在自升式钻井平台拔桩过程中,桩腿受力大,尤其是桁架结构的桩腿,不能忽略其弹性对系统运动造成的影响。以桁架自升式钻井平台为研究对象,对拔桩过程中平台主要受力的简化及模拟方法进行了阐述。建立了包括升降系统、桁架桩腿及船体在内的平台动力学模型。利用 ADAMS软件对该平台的拔桩过程进行了动力学分析,得到了以不同降船速度拔桩时,桁架桩腿分别设置为刚体和柔性体时平台的运动及振动特性,得出了考虑桩腿弹性对平台运动的影响。为以后自升式钻井平台桩腿及升降系统的设计及其动力学分析提供参考。

Legs are under great force during the pile pulling process of jack-up platform,the impact on platform system caused by its flexibility cannot be ignored especially on the truss structure legs.The truss jack-up platform was taken as the study object to elaborate the way of simplifying and simulating the main force on the jack-up platform during the pile pulling process and to build the dynamic model of jack-up platform including the lift system,truss legs and the hull.Dynamic simulation of platform’s pile pulling process by ADAMS software was carried out,the movements and vibration characteristics of the platform were got when the platform was under different ve-locities and the legs were set as rigid or flexible body.The influences on platform was got when consider the flexibility of truss legs.The important references are provided for the future design of the legs and lifting system of the jack-up platform.
