在调研国内外现有降低摩阻和转矩的钻井工具的基础上，研制了新型水平井钻井用减摩降阻工具。介绍了该工具的结构，主要部件的作用，降低摩阻-转矩的原理及性能特点。该工具主要用于大位移井、定向井和水平井，不仅可以减少摩阻-转矩，还能减少套管磨损，接头磨损，防止压差卡钻，提高机械钻速。根据钻井流体携岩机理，并结合流场分析结果可知，特殊设计的导流槽还能提高井眼净化效率。

A new horizontal well drilling antifriction tool was designed and manufactured on the basis of investigation on existing reducing friction and torque downhole tool in the domestic and foreign.The tool mainly consists of an upper joint,an adjusting ring,a bearing sleeve,a lower joint,and a roller component.The structure characteristics and the components of tool are ana-lyzed.The tool is mainly used for large displacement wells,directional wells and horizontal wells, which can not only reduce the friction torque,but also reduce the casing wear,joint wear,and pre-vent differential pressure sticking,and can improve the ROP.According to the carrying cuttings mechanism of drilling fluid,combined with the flow field analysis results,the specially designed guide groove of the tool can improve hole cleaning efficiency.
