随着相关技术的不断完善和成熟，RFID产业将成为一个新兴的高技术产业群，RFID技术的出现改变了餐厅传统模式，全方位的自助服务让餐厅实现了真正意义上的智能化，推动了餐厅服务的人性化。本文根据FRID技术的特点结合了餐厅信息化，创新型提出了智慧管理模式，如果环境监测、智能结算等。通过网页或手机客户餐厅人流情况，还可以了解餐厅现场的环境，如温度、湿度、每日食谱等信息，实现了收银自动化、操作透明化、物业服务个性化等应用。同时探索了FRID技术在物业领域集成应用功能，不仅让用户体验到智慧经济信息化建设的成果，将为社会和企业发展带来新的商机。
