目的:探讨螺旋 CT 及图像后处理技术在儿童气管及支气管异物中的影像诊断价值。方法对612例经支气管镜手术证实的病例,分析其螺旋 CT 及后处理图像对异物的显示情况及诊断价值。结果螺旋 CT 及后处理图像对支气管镜证实的207例位于左侧主支气管内异物正确显示200例(96.6%);246例位于右侧主支气管内异物正确显示240例(97.5%);145例位于气管内异物正确显示139例(95.9%);12例多发异物正确显示7例(62.3%)。螺旋 CT 及图像后处理技术对异物诊断的阳性符合率为95.8%。结论螺旋 CT 及图像后处理技术对气管支气管异物具有很高的诊断准确性和重要的临床应用价值。

Objective To investigate the imaging diagnostic value of spiral CT and post-processing techniques in children with tra-cheobronchial foreign body aspiration.Methods 612 cases of bronchoscopically proven tracheobronchial foreign body aspiration were underwent spiral CT with post-processing techniques.The image quality of different techniques for demonstration of the foreign body was analyzed and evaluated.Results Spiral CT diagnose 200 cases accurately of 207 cases with foreign body in the left main bron-chus proven by bronchoscopy,240 cases of 246 cases with foreign body in the right main bronchus,139 cases of 145 cases with for-eign body in the main bronchus and 7 cases of 12 cases with multiple foreign body.The positive coincident rate of spiral CT for tra-cheobronchial foreign body aspiration were 95.8%.Conclusion Spiral CT and post-processing techniques play an important role in the diagnosis of tracheobronchial foreign body aspiration with a high diagnostic accuracy and clinical value.
