目的:探讨正常乙状结肠系膜(SMc)的多层螺旋 CT(MSCT)表现。方法回顾性分析无 SMc 病变的43例成人的增强CT 资料。着重观察肠系膜下动脉、乙状结肠动脉、乙状结肠边缘动脉及其直小动脉的显示情况,SMc 在盆腔内的分布情况,SMc 淋巴结和脂肪的显示情况。结果(1)薄层最大密度投影(MIP-thin)和容积再现(VR)图像均可清晰显示肠系膜下动脉和乙状结肠动脉主干,VR 图像对乙状结肠边缘动脉及其直小动脉显示欠佳,MIP-thin 图像对乙状结肠边缘动脉及直小动脉显示率为93.0%;(2)SMc 脂肪组织密度均匀,高于邻近皮下脂肪密度(P <0.05);(3)SMc 淋巴结显示率为30.2%(13/43)。结论 MSCT 可以清晰显示正常 SMc 的解剖结构。
目的:探討正常乙狀結腸繫膜(SMc)的多層螺鏇 CT(MSCT)錶現。方法迴顧性分析無 SMc 病變的43例成人的增彊CT 資料。著重觀察腸繫膜下動脈、乙狀結腸動脈、乙狀結腸邊緣動脈及其直小動脈的顯示情況,SMc 在盆腔內的分佈情況,SMc 淋巴結和脂肪的顯示情況。結果(1)薄層最大密度投影(MIP-thin)和容積再現(VR)圖像均可清晰顯示腸繫膜下動脈和乙狀結腸動脈主榦,VR 圖像對乙狀結腸邊緣動脈及其直小動脈顯示欠佳,MIP-thin 圖像對乙狀結腸邊緣動脈及直小動脈顯示率為93.0%;(2)SMc 脂肪組織密度均勻,高于鄰近皮下脂肪密度(P <0.05);(3)SMc 淋巴結顯示率為30.2%(13/43)。結論 MSCT 可以清晰顯示正常 SMc 的解剖結構。
목적:탐토정상을상결장계막(SMc)적다층라선 CT(MSCT)표현。방법회고성분석무 SMc 병변적43례성인적증강CT 자료。착중관찰장계막하동맥、을상결장동맥、을상결장변연동맥급기직소동맥적현시정황,SMc 재분강내적분포정황,SMc 림파결화지방적현시정황。결과(1)박층최대밀도투영(MIP-thin)화용적재현(VR)도상균가청석현시장계막하동맥화을상결장동맥주간,VR 도상대을상결장변연동맥급기직소동맥현시흠가,MIP-thin 도상대을상결장변연동맥급직소동맥현시솔위93.0%;(2)SMc 지방조직밀도균균,고우린근피하지방밀도(P <0.05);(3)SMc 림파결현시솔위30.2%(13/43)。결론 MSCT 가이청석현시정상 SMc 적해부결구。
Objective To study the CT features of the normal sigmoid mesocolon by using multi-slice spiral computed tomo-graphy (MSCT).Methods The CT images of 43 patients with normal sigmoid mesocolon were retrospectively analyzed.All the ca-ses underwent contrast-enhanced CT scanning.Emphasis was placed on the following findings:displaying of inferior mesenteric ar-tery (IMA);sigmoid mesoncolonic artery,marginal artery and its vasa recta;location of the sigmoid mesocolon in the pelvic cavity;the CT findings of the sigmoid mesocolonic fat and lymph nodes.Results (1)The IMA and the sigmoid mesoncolonic artery can be shown clearly on the volume-rendered (VR)and thin-slab maximum-intensity projection (MIP-thin)CT images.40 cases (93.0%) can be detected the marginal artery and its vasa recta on the MIP-thin images,but it is difficult to be detected on the VR images.(2) The density of the sigmoid mesocolonic fat was homogeneous and higher than that of subcutaneous fat (P <0.05).(3)The revealing rate of the lymph nodes in the sigmoid mesocolon was 30.2% (13/43).Conclusion The MSCT can demonstrate the normal sigmoid mesocolon in detail.
