采用密闭熏蒸法及抑菌圈法测定了氯化苦、棉隆、威百亩、1,3-二氯丙烯及11种杀细菌剂对樱桃根癌病菌的毒力。结果表明:威百亩、棉隆、氯化苦对樱桃根癌病菌的 EC50为1.5881、2.7902、5.0475μg/mL,分别为1,3-二氯丙烯的519.60、295.74、163.48倍;杀细菌剂对樱桃根癌病菌的抑菌效果最为明显的是1000亿活芽孢/g枯草芽孢杆菌可湿性粉剂、72%农用硫酸链霉素可溶性粉剂、85%三氯异氰尿酸可溶性粉剂和46%氢氧化铜水分散粒剂,可应用于田间药效试验进一步验证。

The toxicity of four fumigants, chloropicrin, dazomet, metham sodium and 1,3-dichloropro-pene and 11 kinds of bactericides against Agrobacterium tumefaciens were detected in laboratory by using air-tight fumigation and inhibition zone .The results showed that the EC 50 value of metham sodium , dazomet, chloropicrin to A.tumefaciens were 1.5881, 2.7902 and 5.0475 μg/mL, which were 519.60, 295.74 and 163.48 times of that of 1,3 -dichloropropene, respectively.In the bactericides, bacillus subtilis WP with 1011 living spores per gram, 72%streptomycin sulfate SP, 85%trichloroisocyanuric acid SP and 46%copper hydroxide WDG had the most obvious bacteriostasis effects , so they could be applied in field for further verifi-cation.
