采集左权县谷车沟项目区玉米、谷子、向日葵等5种农地14处0~10、10~40、40~60 cm 3个土层的土壤剖面样品,同时结合GPS对样点精确定位,用TAS-990原子吸收分光光度计测定土样中铜、锌的含量,运用数理统计和地统计分别对其进行垂直与水平分布规律分析。结果表明:研究区土壤中铜、锌含量的变化范围分别为0.002~0.270 mg/kg和0.015~0.185 mg/kg,远低于山西土壤中铜、锌含量的背景值;研究区内不同典型农业用地土壤中铜、锌含量在垂直分布上无一致的变化趋势,上层0~10 cm土壤中铜、锌的含量基本服从对数正态分布,且受农业活动影响较大。

채집좌권현곡차구항목구옥미、곡자、향일규등5충농지14처0~10、10~40、40~60 cm 3개토층적토양부면양품,동시결합GPS대양점정학정위,용TAS-990원자흡수분광광도계측정토양중동、자적함량,운용수리통계화지통계분별대기진행수직여수평분포규률분석。결과표명:연구구토양중동、자함량적변화범위분별위0.002~0.270 mg/kg화0.015~0.185 mg/kg,원저우산서토양중동、자함량적배경치;연구구내불동전형농업용지토양중동、자함량재수직분포상무일치적변화추세,상층0~10 cm토양중동、자적함량기본복종대수정태분포,차수농업활동영향교대。
Based on the investigated and measured data of 14 sample plots in 5 typical agricultural lands in Guchegou project area of Zuoquan County , the contents of Cu and Zn in soil at different depths of 0~10 , 10~40 and 40~60 cm were determined with TAS-990 atomic absorption spectrophotometer , and their space distribution were analyzed by mathematical statistics and geostatistical methods based on GIS .The results showed that the ranges of Cu and Zn contents in project area were 0.002~0.270 mg/kg and 0.015~0.185 mg/kg respectively , which were very lower than those of the background values of Shanxi Province .The clear vertical distribution trends of Cu and Zn contents in different farmland soil in project area were not observed . The Cu and Zn contents in 0~10-cm soil in study area showed a log -normal distribution and affected large-ly by agricultural activities .
