通过资源考察、标本鉴定和文献检索等方法,对青岛崂山菊科植物种类及药用植物资源进行了系统调查,并分析了崂山菊科药用植物的化学成分及其药用价值。结果表明:(1)青岛崂山有菊科植物69属145种(其中新发现30种未入载《崂山植物志》),分别占山东省菊科植物资源总属数的88.5%,总种数的82.9%;分别占全国菊科植物资源总属数的29.4%,总种数的6.3%;属于典型药用植物的有51属106种,约占全国菊科药用植物资源总属数的42.5%,总种数的21.2%,其中32种入载2010版《中国药典》,本文分别对其进行了重点记述。(2)崂山菊科药用植物的化学成分复杂多样,包括挥发油、黄酮类、聚炔类、三萜皂苷、木脂素、生物碱等,具有多样的生物活性。本文最后就该地区丰富的菊科药用植物资源的保护和开发利用提出了建议。

Through the methods of species investigation , specimen identification and literatures retrie-ving, the species and medicinal plants belonging to Compositae family were investigated systematically in the Laoshan Mountain of Qingdao .Their chemical components and medicinal value were also analyzed .The re-sults showed that 145 species of this family were found belonging to 69 genera , accounting for 82 .9%and 88.5%of the total species and genera in Shandong Province , and 6.3%and 29.4%of the total species and genera in China , respectively .Thirty species were new found and not recorded in the Laoshan Flora .Among them, 106 species belonging to 51 genera were of typical medicinal value , which accounted for 42.5% and 21.2%of the total medicinal genera and species number in China; in which, 32 species were recorded in Chinese Pharmacopoeia .The medicinal plants in the Laoshan Mountain had complex chemical components such as volatile oil , flavonoid , polyacetylenes , triterpenoid saponin , lignans and alkaloid , so they were of multiple biological activities .Some suggestions were put forward to protect and utilize these medicinal plants of Compositae family in the Laoshan Mountain .
