对特爆2号喷施外源激素6-BA,研究不同浓度6-BA对爆裂玉米籽粒胚乳细胞增殖、籽粒增重以及营养物质充实的影响。结果表明,6-BA显著提高籽粒的胚乳细胞数和粒重,浓度越高差异越显著;6-BA处理对胚乳细胞大小有一定程度的提高作用,但与对照相比无显著差异。授粉后10 d,6-BA处理对籽粒蔗糖和淀粉含量影响并不显著,但显著提高蛋白质含量;授粉15 d以后,6-BA处理籽粒蔗糖、支链淀粉和总淀粉含量明显高于对照,但不同浓度6-BA处理间并没有显著差异;蛋白质含量在授粉20 d以后差异较大,表现为60 mg/L>10 mg/L>0 mg/L(CK)。本试验中,喷施6-BA可获得较高的粒重和籽粒营养物质积累。

대특폭2호분시외원격소6-BA,연구불동농도6-BA대폭렬옥미자립배유세포증식、자립증중이급영양물질충실적영향。결과표명,6-BA현저제고자립적배유세포수화립중,농도월고차이월현저;6-BA처리대배유세포대소유일정정도적제고작용,단여대조상비무현저차이。수분후10 d,6-BA처리대자립자당화정분함량영향병불현저,단현저제고단백질함량;수분15 d이후,6-BA처리자립자당、지련정분화총정분함량명현고우대조,단불동농도6-BA처리간병몰유현저차이;단백질함량재수분20 d이후차이교대,표현위60 mg/L>10 mg/L>0 mg/L(CK)。본시험중,분시6-BA가획득교고적립중화자립영양물질적루。
The effects of spraying 6-BA on the proliferation of endosperm cell , grain weight increase and nutrient accumulation of pop corn were studied with the variety Tebao 2 as test material .The results showed that spraying 6-BA could significantly increase the number of endosperm cell and grain weight;and the higher the concentration was ,the more significance was .The endosperm cell size also could be increased , but there were no significant differences compared to the check .The application of 6-BA had no significant effects on the content of sucrose and starch , but significantly increased the protein content at the 10 th day after pollination;after 15 days of pollination , the content of sucrose , amylopectin and total starch were obviously higher than those of CK , but there were no significant differences between different concentrations of 6-BA. The protein content had larger differences between different concentrations after 20 days of pollination ,showing 60 mg/L﹥10 mg/L﹥0 mg/L( CK) .In conclusion , spraying 6-BA could obtain higher grain weight and nutrient accumulation .
