目的：建立测定清眩片中薄荷脑含量的气相色谱方法。方法运用气相色谱法，采用DB-WAX毛细管柱（30 m ×0.32 mm，0.25μm）；FID检测器；柱温为110℃；分流进样，分流比为50：1。结果薄荷脑在0.04~1.00 mg· mL-1范围内与色谱峰面积呈良好的线性关系（r=0.9994），平均回收率为99.44％，RSD为1.2％（n=6）。结论该方法简便、准确、重复性好，可用于清眩片的质量控制。
목적：건립측정청현편중박하뇌함량적기상색보방법。방법운용기상색보법，채용DB-WAX모세관주（30 m ×0.32 mm，0.25μm）；FID검측기；주온위110℃；분류진양，분류비위50：1。결과박하뇌재0.04~1.00 mg· mL-1범위내여색보봉면적정량호적선성관계（r=0.9994），평균회수솔위99.44％，RSD위1.2％（n=6）。결론해방법간편、준학、중복성호，가용우청현편적질량공제。
Objective To establish the gas chromatograPhy assay for the determination of menthol in Qingxuan Tab-lets.
