目的:研究花萼苔的化学成分。方法利用硅胶柱、SePhadex LH-20、高效液相色谱等色谱技术进行分离纯化,通过理化性质和波谱数据确证其结构。结果从花萼苔中共分离得到5个化合物,分别鉴定为三裂鼠尾草素(1)、5-羟基-6,7,4'-三甲氧基二氢黄酮(2)、3-醛基吲哚(3)、对-羟基苯甲醛(4)以及-谷甾醇(5)。结论化合物1~5均为首次从该属植物中分离得到。

Objective To investigate the chemical constituents of Asterella angusta. Methods The chemical constitu-ents were isolated by silica gel,SePhadex LH-20,and HPLC chromatograPhies. Their structures were elucidated based on sPectral evidence together with Physiochemical ProPerties. Results Five comPounds were isolated and identified as salvige-nin(1),5 -hydroxy-6,7,4'-trimethoxyflavonone(2),indole-3 -carboxaldehyde(3),P-hydroxybenzaldehyde(4),-sitosterol(5),resPectively. Conclusion ComPounds 1~5 were isolated from this Plant in aytoniaceae for the first time.
