对折射率按正弦规律变化的介质进行离散化处理,采用传输矩阵法计算了一维正弦型函数光子晶体的透射率,分析了各层介质的折射率峰值对带隙结构的影响。结果表明,随着高折射率介质的峰值折射率增大,主禁带增宽且红移;随着低折射率介质的峰值折射率增大,主禁带变窄且红移;当高低折射率介质都是正弦型函数介质时,与常规光子晶体相比,平均折射率之差增大时,主禁带增宽,反之主禁带变窄。这一结果对光子晶体的设计具有一定的指导意义。
對摺射率按正絃規律變化的介質進行離散化處理,採用傳輸矩陣法計算瞭一維正絃型函數光子晶體的透射率,分析瞭各層介質的摺射率峰值對帶隙結構的影響。結果錶明,隨著高摺射率介質的峰值摺射率增大,主禁帶增寬且紅移;隨著低摺射率介質的峰值摺射率增大,主禁帶變窄且紅移;噹高低摺射率介質都是正絃型函數介質時,與常規光子晶體相比,平均摺射率之差增大時,主禁帶增寬,反之主禁帶變窄。這一結果對光子晶體的設計具有一定的指導意義。

The medium that its refractive index changes with the sine function was discretized,the transmissivity of one-dimensional sine function photonic crystals was calculated by transfer matrix method,and then the effect of peak refractive index on band-gap structure was analyzed.The results show that the main forbidden band is broadened and red-shifted with the increment of the peak refractive of high refractive index medium.The main forbidden band is nar-rower and red-shifted with the increment of the peak refractive of low refractive index medium.Compared with the con-ventional photonic crystals,the main forbidden band will be broadened if the averaged refractive index difference in-creases when the high and low refractive index mediums are all sine function materials.The main forbidden band will be narrower vice versa.The results have a certain reference value for the design of photonic crystal.
