针对制冷型近景成像红外光学系统,讨论了近景系统调焦量对系统冷反射的影响,分析了在定焦近景成像系统中采用无调焦设计的必要性,以及如何选取合适参数提高系统景深、如何选取材料进行无热化设计从而实现无调焦的设计方法。基于320×256中波制冷探测器,设计了一个焦距为20 mm、F/4的无热化红外光学系统,该系统景深范围可以覆盖成像范围(1~10 m),且在-40~55℃的温度范围内实现无调焦清晰成像。
針對製冷型近景成像紅外光學繫統,討論瞭近景繫統調焦量對繫統冷反射的影響,分析瞭在定焦近景成像繫統中採用無調焦設計的必要性,以及如何選取閤適參數提高繫統景深、如何選取材料進行無熱化設計從而實現無調焦的設計方法。基于320×256中波製冷探測器,設計瞭一箇焦距為20 mm、F/4的無熱化紅外光學繫統,該繫統景深範圍可以覆蓋成像範圍(1~10 m),且在-40~55℃的溫度範圍內實現無調焦清晰成像。

Based on the design of cooled infrared near range imaging system without focusing mechanism,the influence of the near range imaging system focusing on the narcissus phenomenon is discussed.The un-necessity of focusing mechanism in fix focus near range imaging system is analyzed,and the method of how to select suitable parameters to raise the depth of field and how to select materials to athermalization design is proposed for no focusing mechanism de-sign.Based on medium-wave 320 ×256 focal plane array cooled detector,a athermalization infrared system with effec-tive focus length 20mm,F/4 is designed.This system can work well in distance of 1~10 m and temperature of -40~55 ℃ without focusing mechanism.
