由于升降式输送机在输送启停过程中会产生惯性作用力,其作为横向载荷作用在丝杠升降机上,使得丝杠升降机中滚珠丝杠应力极值大幅度提升,通过ADAMS软件建立升降式输送机虚拟样机模型,并对启停过程进行动态特性分析,得到启停时间对动态特性的变化规律,提出了导向支撑轮机构以减小丝杠升降机应力极值。实践表明,通过导向支撑轮增加丝杠升降机伸出端的支撑,大大改善其受力状况并降低其应力极值,对于延长升降机的工作寿命,提高其工作可靠性具有参考意义。
由于升降式輸送機在輸送啟停過程中會產生慣性作用力,其作為橫嚮載荷作用在絲槓升降機上,使得絲槓升降機中滾珠絲槓應力極值大幅度提升,通過ADAMS軟件建立升降式輸送機虛擬樣機模型,併對啟停過程進行動態特性分析,得到啟停時間對動態特性的變化規律,提齣瞭導嚮支撐輪機構以減小絲槓升降機應力極值。實踐錶明,通過導嚮支撐輪增加絲槓升降機伸齣耑的支撐,大大改善其受力狀況併降低其應力極值,對于延長升降機的工作壽命,提高其工作可靠性具有參攷意義。

The lifting conveyor will produce the inertia force during the starting and braking process,which is applied to the lead screw lift as the horizontal load,so that the extreme value of the stress of the rolling lead screw in the lead screw lift rises by a large margin.The virtual prototype model for the lifting conveyor is built by ADAMS to perform dynamic prop-erty analysis for the starting and braking process in order to work out the change rule of start-stop time to the dynamic be-havior.The guiding support wheel mechanism is put forward to reduce the stress extreme value of the screw lift.It's indicated that the guiding support wheel can be used to facilitate to support the extending end of the screw lift,to significantly im-prove the load-carrying condition and decrease the stress extreme value,which can provide reference for extending the serv-ice life of the lift and advancing its working reliability.
