For large-span long-gauge bridge cranes,a new-type gauge measuring system is designed.The system is provided with the collimating long distance laser sensor and precision micro-spur laser sensor to detect relative gauge and positioning.Through control and calculation by the single-chip computer,the relative deviation for the track is automatically detected to precisely position the out-tolerance points.Furthermore,the paper details the design of signal processing circuit, to make the system measuring precision up to 0.07 mm.Compared to the original detection method,the detection efficiency improves about 50%.
