采用MIDAS建立架梁吊机模型,对满载、最大前悬臂、整机纵移工况下架桥机受力、变形进行分析。架梁吊机通过变频调速及液压技术,实现梁段的竖向、横向和纵向的调整。能适应江顺大桥中边跨合拢段、中跨合拢段、标准梁段和过渡梁段的吊装。

The model for girder erection crane is built using MIDAS to analyze the load-carrying and deformation of the girder-erecting machine under the working conditions of full-load,maximum front suspending arm,and complete verti-cal displacement.The girder crane can have the girder section adjusted in vertical,horizontal,and longitudinal direction by the frequency-conversion and hydraulic technologies,which is suitable for hoisting in side-span closure section,mid-span closure section,standard girder section,and transition girder section.
