本论文介绍了一种可实现多卸货次序的中分自卸汽车列车,它通过电控气、气控液的方式分别控制汽车列车两货箱侧箱板开启、底板中部突起进行卸货,前、后箱卸货次序不受限制,避免了传统自卸车对车厢长度要求高、稳定性差、对卸货场地要求严格、无法加装全挂列车等缺点,使货物堆放更到位,避免二次转运造成的资源浪费,提高了卸货效率。
本論文介紹瞭一種可實現多卸貨次序的中分自卸汽車列車,它通過電控氣、氣控液的方式分彆控製汽車列車兩貨箱側箱闆開啟、底闆中部突起進行卸貨,前、後箱卸貨次序不受限製,避免瞭傳統自卸車對車廂長度要求高、穩定性差、對卸貨場地要求嚴格、無法加裝全掛列車等缺點,使貨物堆放更到位,避免二次轉運造成的資源浪費,提高瞭卸貨效率。
본논문개소료일충가실현다사화차서적중분자사기차열차,타통과전공기、기공액적방식분별공제기차열차량화상측상판개계、저판중부돌기진행사화,전、후상사화차서불수한제,피면료전통자사차대차상장도요구고、은정성차、대사화장지요구엄격、무법가장전괘열차등결점,사화물퇴방경도위,피면이차전운조성적자원낭비,제고료사화효솔。
This paper was conducted to introduce a midsplit dump truck-trailer with multi-unloading sequence, which opens the side plates by electronic control system and unloads by pneumatic control system. Comparing to the shortcomings of traditional dump truck, such as high train length requirement, poor stability, strict requirement on unloading site, without a trailer and so on, it makes unloading more proper, avoids the waste of resources, and improves the unloading efficiency.
