研究了水胶比、砂率及蒸养制度对免压蒸桩用C80高强混凝土力学性能的影响。结果表明,免压蒸桩用C80高强混凝土最佳水胶比和砂率分别为0.24和36%,水泥含量为400kg/m3,矿粉与硅灰互掺近1:1,此时混凝土力学性能和工作性能均满足标准要求;蒸养恒温静停时间也制约着免压蒸预应力桩用C80混凝土的力学性能,通过实验研究得到了一个最佳蒸养制度。

The effects of water-binder ratio, sand ratio and steam curing system on the mechanical property of non-autoclaved C80 concrete used in prestressed centrifugal pile are studied. The test results show that the best values of water-binder ratio and sand ratio are 0.24 and 36% respectively, and the cement content is 400kg/m3, the mixing amount ratio of mineral powder and silica fume is close to 1:1. Under these conditions, the mechanical property and working performance of the non-autoclaved C80 concrete can all meet the standard requirements. In addition, thermostatic rest period also restricts the mechanical property of the non-autoclaved C80 concrete, and the optimal steam curing system is obtained by experiment study.
