对掺加可再分散胶粉和粉煤灰、矿粉的粘结砂浆力学性能和施工性能进行了试验研究。结果表明,可再分散胶粉、粉煤灰、矿粉单掺或者复掺比例适当情况下可以极大改善粘结砂浆的各项性能,其中可再分散胶粉最佳掺量为2.4%,保持可再分散胶粉最佳掺量情况下,粉煤灰和矿粉单掺的最佳掺量分别为25%和10%。粉煤灰和矿粉复掺时,两者质量比例为3∶1、掺量为30%时,粘结砂浆可得到较优的施工性能和粘结性能。

The effects of different mineral admixtures on mechanical property and workability of bonding mortar are researched. The results show that under appropriate proportion, the mineral admixtures can greatly improve the perfor-mances of bonding mortar. The optimal amount of dispersible powder is about 2.4%. Under the optimal amount of dis-persible powder,the amounts of singly mixed with fly ash and slag are 25%and 10%.When the fly ash and slag are mixed, a ratio of 3:1 by weight, the total content of 30% to replace, bonding mortar can be obtained relatively superior workability and bonding properties.
