尽管已有研究发现创业者的人格开放性与创业倾向和创业绩效存在正相关关系，但是，也有不少研究发现不相一致甚至矛盾的结论。因此，有必要对创业者人格开放性的各个维度进行深入的研究。基于创业心理学的视角，从人格开放性的六个维度出发，探讨其对创业绩效的影响，并检验创业者毅力的调节作用。研究表明，创业者人格开放性的不同维度对其创业绩效有不同的影响，且毅力水平在其中起一定的调节作用。

The role of personality of entrepreneurs has resurfaced in entrepreneurship research. The results surround-ing the general personality traits have varied. Although openness to experience has been found to generally have a positive relationship with entrepreneurial intentions and performance, inconsistent and conflicting results have emerged. Therefore, and in-depth investigation at the facets of openness to experience may offer additional informa-tion. From perspective of psychology of entrepreneurship, relationships of six dimensions of openness to experi-ence to entrepreneurial performance were examined. The moderating role of grit was also been investigated. Sever-al results supported previous research findings.
