分析了某制革废水水质及原有处理系统运行过程中存在的问题,在充分利用原有设施的前提下,设计合理的改造工艺。结果表明:改造后的处理系统对COD、BOD5、NH3-N、SS的去除率分别为98.3%、99.4%、97.0%、98.9%,出水pH在7.0左右,出水水质达到了《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978-1996)一级标准要求。
分析瞭某製革廢水水質及原有處理繫統運行過程中存在的問題,在充分利用原有設施的前提下,設計閤理的改造工藝。結果錶明:改造後的處理繫統對COD、BOD5、NH3-N、SS的去除率分彆為98.3%、99.4%、97.0%、98.9%,齣水pH在7.0左右,齣水水質達到瞭《汙水綜閤排放標準》(GB 8978-1996)一級標準要求。

The wastewater quality of tannery wastewater and the existing problems in the operation courses of the original treatment system have been analyzed. By making sufficient use of the original equipments ,a reasonable process modification has been designed. The results show that after the treatment system has been modified ,the removing rates of COD,BOD5,NH3-N and SS are 98.3%,99.4%,97.0%and 98.9%,respectively. Furthermore,the effluent pH is about 7.0,the effluent water quality reaches the first class of criteria specified in the Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard (GB 8978-1996).
