凹土基滤料经水热固化后,微观结构从棒晶状转变成片状,抗压强度显著增加,比表面积明显增大,孔径略有减小。采用水热固化后的凹土滤料对苯胺进行吸附,8 h前处于快速吸附阶段,12 h时达到平衡,单位吸附量为49.34 mg/g;pH=6时吸附效果最好。对于低浓度的苯胺溶液,滤料投加量为20 g/L时去除率最大,达到79.4%。

After attapulgite-based filter materials have been treated by hydrothermal curing method,its micro-struc-ture changes from acicular to sheet,compressive strength increases obviously,specific surface area enlarged signifi-cantly,and pore diameter decreases slightly. Attapulgite filter materials which have been hydrothermal cured are used for doing the adsorption tests for aniline. The adsorption capacity for aniline is in the fast adsorption stage with-in the first 8 h,and is in equilibrium state when it works for 12 h. The adsorption capacity per unit is 49.34 mg/g,and when pH=6,the adsorption effect is the best. For low concentration aniline solution,when filter material dosage is 20 g/L,its removing rate is the highest,reaching 79.4%.
