采用水解酸化-A2/O-MBR中试工艺处理某城市混合污水,当进水COD、NH3-N、TN、TP分别为394~894、33.5~133.5、48.6~145.4、4.9~15.4 mg/L时,该工艺对COD、NH3-N、TN、TP的去除率分别为81.9%、96.9%、30.9%、49.6%。其中,TN去除率随着碳氮比的增大而增大,表明可生化碳源不足影响了TN和TP的去除效果。工艺运行期间,MBR膜低压运行可有效减缓膜污染。

A pilot-scale process,hydrolysis acidification-anaerobic/anoxic/oxic-membrane bioreactor (A2/O-MBR) has been used for treating the mixed sewage in a city. The results show that when COD,NH3-N,TN and TP in the influent are 394-894 mg/L,33.5-133.5 mg/L,48.6-145.4 mg/L and 4.9-15.4 mg/L,respectively,the average removing rates of COD,NH3-N,TN and TP are 81.9%,96.9%,30.9%and 49.6%,respectively. In addition,The TN removing rate exhibits an upward trend,rising with the rise of carbon nitrogen ratio. The results indicate that the insufficiency of biodegradability of carbon source in the influent has effect on TN and TP removing rates. During the operation,membrane fouling can be slowed down efficiently under low membrane pressure operation.
