随着炼油企业规模的不断扩大、原油劣质化趋势逐步加剧及排放标准的日益提高，水资源短缺和达标排放成为限制企业发展的瓶颈。从实际情况出发，分析了炼油企业在节水和污水资源化方面存在的问题，并对完善节水制度、推行清洁生产、严格水平衡测试、实施污水分流分治、强化分级控制、加强综合利用和优化处理工艺诸方面提出了相应的对策措施。
隨著煉油企業規模的不斷擴大、原油劣質化趨勢逐步加劇及排放標準的日益提高，水資源短缺和達標排放成為限製企業髮展的瓶頸。從實際情況齣髮，分析瞭煉油企業在節水和汙水資源化方麵存在的問題，併對完善節水製度、推行清潔生產、嚴格水平衡測試、實施汙水分流分治、彊化分級控製、加彊綜閤利用和優化處理工藝諸方麵提齣瞭相應的對策措施。

With the continuously expanding scale of refineries,the increasing trend of inferior crude oil and the up-grading of discharge standard,water resource shortage and standardized discharge have become a bottleneck restrict-ing the development in enterprises. Based on the actual situation ,the problems of water-saving and wastewater recy-cle in petrochemical industries are analyzed. Countermeasures relating to the perfection of water-saving regulations, popularization of clean production,severe water balance level,implementation of wastewater separation and treat-ment,strengthening of step control,strengthening of comprehensive utilization,optimization of treatment process,etc. have been put forward.
