通过高温焙烧提高膨润土活性并用于对废液压油的脱色。结果表明,膨润土的最佳焙烧工艺条件为:焙烧温度450℃、焙烧时间2h。改性膨润土对废液压油吸附脱色的最佳工艺条件为∶改性膨润土添加量为15%,脱色温度为90℃,真空脱色时间为20min,在此工艺条件下,再生油脱色率达94%,对工业废液压油的脱色取得了一定效果。

통과고온배소제고팽윤토활성병용우대폐액압유적탈색。결과표명,팽윤토적최가배소공예조건위:배소온도450℃、배소시간2h。개성팽윤토대폐액압유흡부탈색적최가공예조건위∶개성팽윤토첨가량위15%,탈색온도위90℃,진공탈색시간위20min,재차공예조건하,재생유탈색솔체94%,대공업폐액압유적탈색취득료일정효과。
The activity of bentonite was improved by the high temperature roasting and the decolorization of waste hydraulic oil by the modified bentonite was studied. The results showed that the best conditions in the process of modified bentonite were:the roasting temperature 450℃,the calcining time 2h. The optimum decolorization conditions on the waste hydraulic oil were:the addition of modified bentonite was 15%,the temperature was 90℃and the time was 20min in vacuum. Under these conditions,the decolorization rate of the product was 94%.
