采用2种单体共聚,合成了一种新型的改性聚苯醚--双端羟基聚苯醚低聚物(PPE-2OH),利用红外光谱、核磁共振光谱和凝胶渗透色谱确定了结构。结果表明合成的PPE-2OH具有2个活性端羟基,Mn=1469 g·mol-1, Mw=2730g·mol-1,Mw/Mn=1.86。PPE-2OH与环氧树脂相容性好,固化后无相分离现象产生。本文还初步探讨了PPE-2OH/EP体系的基本性能。

The synthesizing of bifunctional poly(2,6-dimethyl-1,4-phenylene ether) segments was summarized, and the structure was characterized by IR, 1H-NMR and GPC spectroscopy. Results showed that the synthesis of the PPE-2OH had two active hydroxyl, Mn=1469 g/mol,Mw=2730 g/mol and Mw/Mn=1.86. The PPE-2OH had good compatibility with epoxy resin, and there was not phase separation phenomenon after curing. The basic properties of PPE-2OH/epoxide resins were also preliminarily discussed.
