为降低盐酸酸洗废液对环境造成的污染,根据酸洗废液的成分,研制成功酸洗废盐酸综合回收系统。系统由雾化焙烧炉、热交换塔,氯化氢气体多效吸收塔、尾气多级净化塔,以及配套的过滤器、旋风除尘器、耐酸泵、清水泵、引风机及贮槽等设备组成,达到环保增效目的。
為降低鹽痠痠洗廢液對環境造成的汙染,根據痠洗廢液的成分,研製成功痠洗廢鹽痠綜閤迴收繫統。繫統由霧化焙燒爐、熱交換塔,氯化氫氣體多效吸收塔、尾氣多級淨化塔,以及配套的過濾器、鏇風除塵器、耐痠泵、清水泵、引風機及貯槽等設備組成,達到環保增效目的。
위강저염산산세폐액대배경조성적오염,근거산세폐액적성분,연제성공산세폐염산종합회수계통。계통유무화배소로、열교환탑,록화경기체다효흡수탑、미기다급정화탑,이급배투적과려기、선풍제진기、내산빙、청수빙、인풍궤급저조등설비조성,체도배보증효목적。
To reduce the pollution of waste hydrochloric acid to the environment, a re-covery system for waste hydrochloric acid from steel pickling was successfully developed in accordance with the composition of the waste acid. The system is consisted of a spray baking furnace, heat exchange tower, multiple absorption tower for HCL gas and multiple-stage purifi-cation tower for waste gas, as well as auxiliary devices such as filter, swirling deduster, acid-resistance pump, clean water pump, draft fan and storage tank. Application of the system has achieved the goal of environment protection as well as economic benefit.
