6500 m3/h空分设备中的粗氩塔在运行过程中发生了故障,导致氩中含氧急剧上升。经故障查找排除了填料冰堵原因,认为是粗氩塔冷凝器发生氩固化所致,在工艺操作控制上采取了相应的防范措施,避免了故障再次发生,保证了正常生产。

The crude argon column of the 6 500 m3/h air separator failed during opera-tion, leading to sharp rise of oxygen content in argon. Through troubleshooting icing blocking of fillings was ruled out while argon solidification in the condenser of the crude argon column was pinpointed to be the cause. Countermeasures of technological operation control were taken, which prevented such accident happening again and ensured normal production.
