为充分利用转炉煤气提升冶金企业自发电量,将转炉煤气掺入高炉煤气管道作为燃气锅炉燃料进行燃烧。针对初期投烧过程中转炉煤气掺烧量受高炉煤气压力波动影响较大导致掺烧量不能满足要求的问题,采取相应的调整措施最终使转炉煤气掺烧量达到要求。

To make full use of converter gas in power generation of the metallurgical enterprise, converter gas was mixed with blast furnace gas as fuel for gas combustion boilers. Aimed at the problem of the additional converter gas amount could not meeting the require-ment due to effect of big fluctuation of blast furnace gas pressure in the initial period of mixture combustion, corresponding adjustment measures were taken, which eventually improved the converter gas blending amount to required level.
