针对一起由台风引起的软导线引下线风偏放电事故,进行大风速条件下的风偏位移计算,分析了事故成因,并从减小引下线高差角、降低弧垂等方面着手,提出了通过加高支柱绝缘子高度的方式来提高引下线抗风能力。计算结果表明改造后的方案提高了导线风偏后的安全裕度。

In allusion of one discharge accident of lfexible conductor down lead caused by typhoon, this paper calculated the windage yaw displacement in strong wind condition and analyzed the accident causes. Starting from reducing the down lead height difference angle, the sag and so on, this paper prosposed to increase the height of post insulator to improve the down lead anti-wind ability. The calculation results show that the improved plan raised the safety margin of the lfexible conductor caused by windage yaw.
