目的：观察中药离子导入联合抗生素治疗社区获得性肺炎（CAP）的临床疗效。方法将108例CAP患者随机分为2组，对照组54例应用抗生素治疗，治疗组54例在对照组治疗基础上应用中药离子导入，2组均7 d为1个疗程，治疗2个疗程。比较2组疗效，观察2组完全退热时间、咳嗽咯痰消失时间、肺部啰音消失时间、抗生素应用时间及住院时间，2组肺部CT中浸润阴影吸收情况。结果2组总有效率比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0．05），2组疗效相当。治疗组在完全退热时间、咳嗽咯痰消失时间、肺部啰音消失时间、抗生素应用时间及住院时间均较对照组提前（ P＜0．05）。治疗组肺部CT中浸润阴影吸收率高于对照组（P＜0．05）。结论中药离子导入联合抗生素治疗CAP，快速缓解患者临床症状，促进肺部炎症病灶的良好吸收，缩短住院时间，减少抗生素耐药性产生。
목적：관찰중약리자도입연합항생소치료사구획득성폐염（CAP）적림상료효。방법장108례CAP환자수궤분위2조，대조조54례응용항생소치료，치료조54례재대조조치료기출상응용중약리자도입，2조균7 d위1개료정，치료2개료정。비교2조료효，관찰2조완전퇴열시간、해수각담소실시간、폐부라음소실시간、항생소응용시간급주원시간，2조폐부CT중침윤음영흡수정황。결과2조총유효솔비교차이무통계학의의（P＞0．05），2조료효상당。치료조재완전퇴열시간、해수각담소실시간、폐부라음소실시간、항생소응용시간급주원시간균교대조조제전（ P＜0．05）。치료조폐부CT중침윤음영흡수솔고우대조조（P＜0．05）。결론중약리자도입연합항생소치료CAP，쾌속완해환자림상증상，촉진폐부염증병조적량호흡수，축단주원시간，감소항생소내약성산생。
Objective To observe the effect of Chinese medicine iontophoresis combined with antibiotic therapyoncommunity-acquiredpneumonia(CAP).Methods 108CAPpatientswererandomlydividedintotwo groups.54 cases in control group received antibiotic therapy .54 cases in treatment group received Chinese medicine iontophoresis combined with antibiotic therapy .The course was seven days in two groups .After two courses complete cooling time, the disappearance time of cough and expectoration , pulmonary rales disappeared time , antibiotics appli-cation time, hospital stay and CT pulmonary infiltrates absorption were observed in two groups .Results There was no difference between two groups on the total effective rate ( P >0.05).Two groups have considerable effect .Com-plete cooling time , the disappearance time of cough and expectoration , pulmonary rales disappeared time , antibiotics application time and hospital stay in treatment group were shorter than those in control group (P<0.05).CT pulmo-nary infiltrates absorption rate in the treatment group was higher than that in control group ( P <0.05), infiltrates lung CT absorption in the treatment group was superior to that in the control group .Conclusion Chinese medicine iontophoresis combined with antibiotic therapy on community -acquired pneumonia CAP can quickly relieve symp-toms, promote good absorption of lung inflammation lesions , shorten hospital stays , and reduce the generation of anti-biotic resistance.
