目的:观察小牛血去蛋白提取物注射液联合标准大骨瓣减压术治疗高血压脑出血的疗效。方法将126例高血压脑出血患者按治疗方法的不同分为观察组和对照组,各63例。对照组术后采用常规标准大骨瓣减压术治疗,观察组联合小牛血去蛋白提取物注射液治疗。于治疗前、治疗后2,4周,对两组患者Barthal指数评分情况和神经功能缺损程度进行比较。结果治疗后2,4周观察组Barthal指数不低于75分比例及神经功能缺损轻型率均高于对照组( P﹤0.05)。结论小牛血去蛋白提取物注射液联合标准大骨瓣减压术治疗高血压脑出血,其疗效满意,能有效地改善患者的神经功能缺损程度和生存质量。

Objective To investigate the effect of standard large bone flap decompression and Deproteinized Calf Blood Extractive Injection on the curative effect of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Methods 126 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage undergoing standard large bone flap decompression were divided into the control group and the observation group auording to the differ-ent treatment methods, 63 cases in each group. After operation, the control group adopted the conventional treatment, while the observation was treated by Deproteinized Calf Blood Extractive Injection. The Barthal index scores and the degree of nerve function defect before treatment and in 2, 4 weeks after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The proportion of the Barthal index score≥75 points and the mild type rate of neural function defect after 2-week, 4-week treatment in the control group were lower than those in the observation group with the statistical differences between them ( P﹤0. 05 ) . Conclusion The standard large bone flap decompression combined with Deproteinized Calf Blood Extractive Injection has the satisfactory effect in treating hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage, which can effectively improve the degree of nerve function defect and the quality of life of patients.
