目的：观察阿立哌唑联合利培酮药物对精神分裂症患者血清催乳素的降低效果。方法选取2012年4月至2013年3月收治的精神分裂症患者110例，随机分为对照组与观察组，各55例。对照组患者给予利培酮治疗，观察组给予阿立哌唑联合利培酮治疗，观察两组患者用药前及用药2，4周后的血清催乳素水平，并进行比较与分析。结果两组血清催乳素水平比较，治疗前无显著差异，治疗2，4周后观察组显著低于对照组（ P﹤0.05）；阳性与阴性症状量表( PNASS )评分两组患者治疗前后均有显著差异（ P﹤0.05）；观察组患者的不良反应发生情况显著好于对照组（ P﹤0.05）。结论阿立哌唑联合利培酮治疗精神分裂症临床效果确切，且不良反应少，安全性与有效性均较高，且联合用药能降低患者血清催乳素的水平。

목적：관찰아립고서연합리배동약물대정신분렬증환자혈청최유소적강저효과。방법선취2012년4월지2013년3월수치적정신분렬증환자110례，수궤분위대조조여관찰조，각55례。대조조환자급여리배동치료，관찰조급여아립고서연합리배동치료，관찰량조환자용약전급용약2，4주후적혈청최유소수평，병진행비교여분석。결과량조혈청최유소수평비교，치료전무현저차이，치료2，4주후관찰조현저저우대조조（ P﹤0.05）；양성여음성증상량표( PNASS )평분량조환자치료전후균유현저차이（ P﹤0.05）；관찰조환자적불량반응발생정황현저호우대조조（ P﹤0.05）。결론아립고서연합리배동치료정신분렬증림상효과학절，차불량반응소，안전성여유효성균교고，차연합용약능강저환자혈청최유소적수평。
Objective To observe the effect of aripiprazole combined with risperidone for lowering serum prolactin in the patients with schizophrenia. Methods 110 patients with schizophrenia in our hospital from April 2012 to March 2013 were selected and divided into the control group and observation group, 55 cases in each group. The control group was treated with the risperidone therapy, while the observation group was given the therapy of aripiprazole combined with risperidone. The serum prolactin levels before therapy and in 2, 4 weeks after treatment were observed in the two groups. Results The serum prolactin level before therapy had no statistical difference between the two groups, which after 2-week, 4-week treatment in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group ( P﹤0. 05 );the PNASS scores in the two groups had statistically significantly difference between before and after treat-ment ( P﹤0. 05 ) , indicating that the two kinds of medication therapeutic patterns all had obvious effect;the occurrence situation of ad-verse reactions in th eobservation group was significantly better than that in the control group ( P﹤ 0. 05 ) . Conclusion Aripiprazole combined with risperidone in treating schizophrenia has definite clinical effect, fewer adverse reactions, higher safety and effectiveness, moreover the combination therapy can reduce serum prolactin levels and prevent the occurrence of hyperprolactinemia.
