目的：建立维吾尔药指甲花和凤仙花药材的鉴别方法。方法采用薄层色谱（TLC）法及高效液相色谱（HPLC）指纹图谱法，观察其主要特征化合物的差别。结果所建立的TLC法可初步鉴别指甲花和凤仙花；HPLC法测定结果表明，指甲花和凤仙花的化学成分存在一定的相似性，但又各有其特异性。结论 TLC法快速，HPLC法准确，为维吾尔药指甲花的质量控制提供了鉴别依据。
目的：建立維吾爾藥指甲花和鳳仙花藥材的鑒彆方法。方法採用薄層色譜（TLC）法及高效液相色譜（HPLC）指紋圖譜法，觀察其主要特徵化閤物的差彆。結果所建立的TLC法可初步鑒彆指甲花和鳳仙花；HPLC法測定結果錶明，指甲花和鳳仙花的化學成分存在一定的相似性，但又各有其特異性。結論 TLC法快速，HPLC法準確，為維吾爾藥指甲花的質量控製提供瞭鑒彆依據。
목적：건립유오이약지갑화화봉선화약재적감별방법。방법채용박층색보（TLC）법급고효액상색보（HPLC）지문도보법，관찰기주요특정화합물적차별。결과소건립적TLC법가초보감별지갑화화봉선화；HPLC법측정결과표명，지갑화화봉선화적화학성분존재일정적상사성，단우각유기특이성。결론 TLC법쾌속，HPLC법준학，위유오이약지갑화적질량공제제공료감별의거。
Objective To establish the qualitative differentiation method of Lawsonia inermis L. and Impatiens balsamina L. . Methods TLC and the HPLC fingerprint spectrum method were used in confirming the difference of main characteristic compounds. Results The established TLC method could preliminarily identify Lawsonia inermis L. and Impatiens balsamina L. . The HPLC detection results showed that the chemical compositions of Lawsonia inermis L. and Impatiens balsamina L. are similar, but each has its own specificity. Conclusion The TLC method is quick and the HPLC method is accurate, which provides the differential basis for the quality control of Uygur medicine Lawsonia inermis L. .
