采用超声法在铝片表面生成CdS粒子,成功制备了Al/CdS复合粒子。采用X射线衍射仪(XRD)对复合粒子的结构进行了表征,同时,测定了复合粒子的雷达波吸收率。研究结果表明,CdS包覆后的铝粉有较好的雷达波吸收能力,吸收峰值为-9.9 dB,出现在2~18 GHz波段。

CdS particles generated by ultrasonic method in the aluminum surface, successfully prepared Al/CdS composite particles. X-ray diffraction(XRD)on the structure of the composite particles was characterized simultaneously measured radar absorption rate of the composite particles. The results show that after coating aluminum CdS radar has a good absorption capacity, the absorption peak at-9.9 dB, appeared in 2~18 GHz band.
