目的 比较硬膜外麻醉联合全麻与全麻对老年冠心病患者手术的影响.方法 将我院老年合并冠心病手术患者随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组行硬膜外麻醉联合全麻,对照组行全麻,观察麻醉前后血流动力学及心电图的变化,比较两种麻醉方法的差异.结果 观察组手术过程中心电图比较平稳,麻醉后各时期的HR、SBP、DBP无明显变化(P＞0.05).结论 硬膜外麻醉联合全麻用于老年合并冠心病手术,安全性好,机体血流动力学和心电图比较平稳,值得在临床上推广.

목적 비교경막외마취연합전마여전마대노년관심병환자수술적영향.방법 장아원노년합병관심병수술환자수궤분위관찰조화대조조,관찰조행경막외마취연합전마,대조조행전마,관찰마취전후혈류동역학급심전도적변화,비교량충마취방법적차이.결과 관찰조수술과정중심전도비교평은,마취후각시기적HR、SBP、DBP무명현변화(P＞0.05).결론 경막외마취연합전마용우노년합병관심병수술,안전성호,궤체혈류동역학화심전도비교평은,치득재림상상추엄.
Objective To evaluate the influence of epidural anesthesia combined with general anesthesia and general anesthesia on the elderly patients with coronary heart disease undergoing surgery.Methods The elderly patients with coronary artery disease were randomly divided into two groups:observation group (epidural anesthesia combined with general anesthesia used) and control group (general anesthesia used only),to compare the difference of the two anesthesia methods,the change of haemodynamics and ECG were monitored.Results In observation group,the ECG during the operation was stable,with no obviously changes of HR,SBP and DBP occurred after every period of anesthesia.Conclusion Epidural anesthesia combined with general anesthesia on the elderly patients has a good security,stable haemodynamics and ECG,and worthy in clinical promotion.
