构建了一个车载测试台,该测试台在汽车行驶过程中,能对电动脚踏板控制器的15项关键参数进行实时监测,目的是对脚踏板控制器进行故障诊断。从功能、机械结构、电气、上位机软件4个方面对测试台进行了论述。实验证明:此测试台能够精确地、自动地对汽车电动脚踏板控制器进行实时测试。
構建瞭一箇車載測試檯,該測試檯在汽車行駛過程中,能對電動腳踏闆控製器的15項關鍵參數進行實時鑑測,目的是對腳踏闆控製器進行故障診斷。從功能、機械結構、電氣、上位機軟件4箇方麵對測試檯進行瞭論述。實驗證明:此測試檯能夠精確地、自動地對汽車電動腳踏闆控製器進行實時測試。

For fault diagnosis of controller of the power step,a carborne test bench was constructed,which could be used to mo-nitor 15 parameters real-time during the driving process. The test bench was discussed from four parts,including function,mechanical structure,electrical parts and PC software. Experiments show that the equipment can be used to achieve real-time test for controller of power step accurately and automatically.
