针对柱形电子元件经常出现的表面缺陷,设计一套基于机器视觉的在线检测系统。在Visual C++平台下,对采集到的图像进行预处理、二值化、位置和角度校正以及差影技术等一系列运算,达到高效地检测零件缺陷的目的。实验结果证明:该系统安全可靠,具有一定的经济效益和发展前景。

Focusing on the surface defect of the cylindrical electronic components,an automatic defect inspection system based on machine vision was designed. On the platform of Visual C++,a series of methods were presented to achieve the purpose of efficient part defect detection,including image pre-processing,image binary-conversion,position and angle correction,difference image meth-od and so on. Experiments prove that this system is safe and reliable,full of economic benefits and broad prospects.
