Heavy duty mechanical driving technology and the mechanical structure of screw coining press were described. The composition and working principle of the servo control system were particularized,in order to achieve precise control of speed and posi-tion,focusing on the design of the control system's hardware and software. The experimental results show that the system meets func-tional requirements of screw coining press,and has superior performance of variable motion and speed controllable.
