针对目前液压多路换向阀试验存在的问题,设计了同时可对两台多路换向阀进行试验的液压系统,开发了基于工业控制计算机的试验测试系统,采用多线程技术对试验数据进行实时采集,实现了行业标准要求的各项出厂性能试验。工业性试验结果表明:试验台性能稳定、工作可靠。
針對目前液壓多路換嚮閥試驗存在的問題,設計瞭同時可對兩檯多路換嚮閥進行試驗的液壓繫統,開髮瞭基于工業控製計算機的試驗測試繫統,採用多線程技術對試驗數據進行實時採集,實現瞭行業標準要求的各項齣廠性能試驗。工業性試驗結果錶明:試驗檯性能穩定、工作可靠。

In view of the present problems in hydraulic multiple directional valve test,a hydraulic system was designed,which could be used to test two multiple directional valves at the same time. A test system was developed based on industrial control comput-er. Real-time test data collection was achieved using the threads and interrupt technology,and the factory performance tests required by industry standard were realized. Industrial test results show that the test bench can work stably and reliably.
