用于完成铅电解残阳极洗涤上升、下降运动的提升装置,采用电液数字阀控制齿轮齿条摆动液压缸驱动实现。设计了提升装置电液数字速度控制系统,建立了系统数学模型,对系统稳定性及静、动态性能进行仿真分析,可知系统虽稳定,但超调量较大,且震荡频繁,需进行校正。采用PID校正后,稳定性提高,超调量减小,震荡次数减小,能达到设计要求。
用于完成鉛電解殘暘極洗滌上升、下降運動的提升裝置,採用電液數字閥控製齒輪齒條襬動液壓缸驅動實現。設計瞭提升裝置電液數字速度控製繫統,建立瞭繫統數學模型,對繫統穩定性及靜、動態性能進行倣真分析,可知繫統雖穩定,但超調量較大,且震盪頻繁,需進行校正。採用PID校正後,穩定性提高,超調量減小,震盪次數減小,能達到設計要求。

The electro-hydraulic digital valve controlling gear rack swing hydraulic cylinder was used to drive the lifting equip-ment used to complete the lead electrolysis anode scrap washing up and down movement. Lifting equipment electro-hydraulic digital speed control system was designed. The system mathematical model was established. The simulation analyses on the system stability, static and dynamic performances were done. It was shown the system was stable,but overshoot volume was bigger,and volatility was frequent. So it was required to correct. After the PID correction,stability is improved,overshoot volume is decreased,and oscillation frequency is reduced. So the corrected system can meet the design requirements.
