双螺旋摆动液压缸的缺点之一是螺旋副传动效率太低。为了求得螺纹升角为何值时其传动效率最高,利用机械优化设计方法建立数学模型,并借助VB及MATLAB优化工具求得其最优值。结果表明:螺纹升角为46.8°时,其传动效率最高,为88.31%。

One disadvantage of the double helix rotary cylinder is that the transmission efficiency of the screw pair is too low. In order to get the value of the lead angle when the transmission efficiency was maximum,the mathematical model was built. Then with the help of VB and MATLAB,the optimum value of the lead angle was gotten. It is indicated when the value of the lead angle is 46.8°,the transmission efficiency is maximum,which is 88.31%.
