目的:比较枸橼酸钙和碳酸钙治疗骨质疏松症的疗效,并进行药物经济学评价。方法选择2012年12月至2013年12月该院门诊治疗的骨质疏松症患者180例,随机分为A、B两组,每组90例。A组口服枸橼酸钙,B组口服碳酸钙。观察两组疗效和不良反应,并运用成本-效果比(C/E)进行分析。结果枸橼酸钙总有效率为85.56%,碳酸钙总有效率为83.33%,两组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。枸橼酸钙组不良反应发生情况低于碳酸钙组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组C/E比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论枸橼酸钙和碳酸钙治疗骨质疏松症的药物疗效和成本相似,但枸橼酸钙不良反应发生情况更少。

Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of calcium citrate and calcium carbonate in treating osteoporosis and to evaluate the pharmacoeconomics. Methods A total of 180 patients with osteoporosis who were treated in the hospital from December 2012 to December 2013 ,were randomly divided into group A and group B ,90 cases in each group. The group A was with oral calcium citrate,while the group B were administrated with calcium carbonate orally. Clinical efficacy and adverse reac-tion in the two groups were observed,and analyzed by cost-effect ratio(C/E). Results The total effective rate was 85.56%of calcium citrate and 83.33%of the calcium carbonate,and the difference between the two groups had no statistical significance(P>0.05). The incidence rate of adverse reaction of calcium citrate was lower than that of calcium carbonate with statistically significant difference(P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference on E/C between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion Calci-um citrate and calcium carbonate have similar efficacy and cost-effec tiveness in the treatment of osteoporosis ,but the incidence rate of adverse reaction of calcium citrate is lower.
