目的：观察银星养脑片治疗脑动脉硬化症的临床疗效。方法将2013年1~12月该院收治的60例确诊为脑动脉硬化症患者分为两组，对照组（31例）患者给予西比灵（盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊）5 mg，睡前服用，同时静脉滴注丹参注射液20 mL，每天1次；治疗组（29例）口服银星养脑片，每次3粒，每天3次。以2周为1个疗程，1个疗程后评定疗效。结果治疗组症状改善明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05），治疗组经颅彩色多普勒超声（TCD）检测平均血流速度（Vm）及血管搏动指数（PI）相较于治疗前明显改善，也优于对照组各动脉的Vm及PI数值，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论银星养脑片对治疗脑动脉硬化症有较好疗效。
목적：관찰은성양뇌편치료뇌동맥경화증적림상료효。방법장2013년1~12월해원수치적60례학진위뇌동맥경화증환자분위량조，대조조（31례）환자급여서비령（염산불계리진효낭）5 mg，수전복용，동시정맥적주단삼주사액20 mL，매천1차；치료조（29례）구복은성양뇌편，매차3립，매천3차。이2주위1개료정，1개료정후평정료효。결과치료조증상개선명현우우대조조，차이유통계학의의（P<0.05），치료조경로채색다보륵초성（TCD）검측평균혈류속도（Vm）급혈관박동지수（PI）상교우치료전명현개선，야우우대조조각동맥적Vm급PI수치，차이균유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론은성양뇌편대치료뇌동맥경화증유교호료효。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Yinxing Yangnao tablet for cerebral arteriosclerosis. Methods A total of 60 patients with diagnosed cerebral arteriosclerosis ,who were received in the hospital from January to December 2013 , were divided into two group:the control group(n=31) was given 5 mg sibelium before sleep and 20 mL Danshen injection for in travenous drip simultaneously,once a day;the treatment group(n=29) was with 3 Yinxing Yangnao tablets orally,three times a day. 2 weeks were a period of treatment,and the efficacy was evaluated after 1 period. Results The improvement of symptoms of the treatment group was superior to the control group,and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05);the mean blood flow velocity(Vm) and pulsatility index(PI) value detected by color Doppler ultrasound(TCD) in the treatment group,which were sig nificantly better than the control group with statistically significant difference (P<0.05),were improved obviously as compared with those before treatment. Conclusion Yinxing Yangnao tablet has a better curative effect on treating cerebral arteriosclerosis.
