在辨析人力资本存量、人力资本、人力资本投资和人力资本价值等概念的基础上,运用知识、能力和健康相关理论,建立由3个一级指标、7个二级指标、13个三级指标和34个四级指标组成的个体人力资本存量评价指标体系,并提出各项指标的测评方法,从而从微观角度实现对人力资本存量评价。
在辨析人力資本存量、人力資本、人力資本投資和人力資本價值等概唸的基礎上,運用知識、能力和健康相關理論,建立由3箇一級指標、7箇二級指標、13箇三級指標和34箇四級指標組成的箇體人力資本存量評價指標體繫,併提齣各項指標的測評方法,從而從微觀角度實現對人力資本存量評價。

On the basis of concept analysis,including Human Capital Stock,Human Capital,Human Capital Investment and Human Capita Value,using the relevant theory of knowledge,competence and health,the Human Capital Stock Evalu-ation System from micro perspective is established,which comprises 3 first-level indicators,7 second-level indicators, 13 third-level indicators and 34 forth-level indicators. Evaluation methods on the indicators are also proposed. Hence, the Human Capital Stock could be evaluated from the individual microscopic perspective.
