目的：探讨图文式临床护理路径（ CNP）在产妇中的应用效果观察。方法：将212例产妇随机分为对照组和观察组各106例，对照组采用传统随机教育法，观察组采用图文式CNP进行宣教，比较两组母乳喂养率、乳胀情况、母乳喂养相关知识掌握情况及满意度。结果：两组母乳喂养率、乳胀情况、母乳喂养相关知识掌握情况及满意度比较差异均有统计学意义（ P﹤0.05）。结论：图文式CNP可以提高产妇母乳喂养率，减轻乳胀，提高母乳喂养知识掌握率及满意度。
목적：탐토도문식림상호리로경（ CNP）재산부중적응용효과관찰。방법：장212례산부수궤분위대조조화관찰조각106례，대조조채용전통수궤교육법，관찰조채용도문식CNP진행선교，비교량조모유위양솔、유창정황、모유위양상관지식장악정황급만의도。결과：량조모유위양솔、유창정황、모유위양상관지식장악정황급만의도비교차이균유통계학의의（ P﹤0.05）。결론：도문식CNP가이제고산부모유위양솔，감경유창，제고모유위양지식장악솔급만의도。
Objective:To investigate the application effect of graphic clinical nursing path in the puerperants. Methods:212 puerperants were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group(106 cases in each group). The traditional education method was used in the control group and the graphic clinical nursing path was adopted in the observation group. The breast feeding rate,mammary swelling,grasp of the related knowledge of breastfeeding and puerperant satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results:There were statistically significant differences in the comparison of the breast feeding rate,mammary swelling,puerperant’s grasp of the related knowledge of breast feeding and puerperant satisfaction between the two groups(P﹤0. 05). Conclusion:The graphic clinical nursing path can increase breast feeding rate,reduce mammary swelling and improve the puerperant’s understanding on the related knowledge of breast-feeding and puerperant satisfaction.
