目的：探讨临床护理路径（ CNP）在人工膝关节置换术（ TKA）护理中的临床应用效果。方法：将74例行TKA治疗的患者随机分为对照组和观察组各37例，对照组采用常规护理模式，观察组采用CNP。结果：观察组护理后SAS评分、并发症发生率、住院时间和费用均明显低于对照组（P﹤0.05），患者对疾病相关知识的知晓率和护理满意度明显高于对照组（P﹤0.05）。结论：CNP可有效缓解TKA患者围术期焦虑情绪，减少术后并发症和住院费用，提高对疾病知识的掌握度和护理满意度，值得临床推广应用。
목적：탐토림상호리로경（ CNP）재인공슬관절치환술（ TKA）호리중적림상응용효과。방법：장74례행TKA치료적환자수궤분위대조조화관찰조각37례，대조조채용상규호리모식，관찰조채용CNP。결과：관찰조호리후SAS평분、병발증발생솔、주원시간화비용균명현저우대조조（P﹤0.05），환자대질병상관지식적지효솔화호리만의도명현고우대조조（P﹤0.05）。결론：CNP가유효완해TKA환자위술기초필정서，감소술후병발증화주원비용，제고대질병지식적장악도화호리만의도，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective:To investigate the application effect of clinical nursing path( CNP)in the nursing care of patients with total knee arthroplasty( TKA). Methods:74 patients treated with TKA were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group( 37 cases in each group). The routine nursing care was given to the patients in the control group and CNP was adopted in the observation group. Results:The SAS score,incidence of complications,hospitalization time and cost were significantly lower and shorter in the observa-tion group than the control group after nursing care(P﹤0. 05);the awareness rate of the disease-related knowledge and satisfaction rate of the patients were higher in the observation group than the control group(P﹤0. 05). Conclusion:CNP can effectively alleviate the anxie-ty of patients with TKA in the perioperative period,reduce the postoperative complications and hospitalization expenses and improve the pa-tients’understanding of health knowledge and satisfaction with nursing care.
