目的：探讨急诊科实施护理干预对急诊外伤手术患者的影响。方法：将180例就诊于急诊科进行清创手术的患者随机分成干预组98例和对照组82例，对照组采用常规护理，干预组则在常规护理基础上对其实行护理干预措施，比较两组患者术中的心率、平均动脉压及术后疼痛程度、情绪状态等护理效果。结果：干预组经过综合护理干预，各项指标均明显优于对照组（P﹤0.05）。结论：对急诊手术的患者实行护理干预，可有效减轻患者的心理应激，缓解患者的紧张、恐惧与忧虑情绪，且能够改善患者的疼痛、稳定生命体征。护理干预在急诊外伤的治疗中能发挥积极的作用，提高急诊手术患者的生活质量。
목적：탐토급진과실시호리간예대급진외상수술환자적영향。방법：장180례취진우급진과진행청창수술적환자수궤분성간예조98례화대조조82례，대조조채용상규호리，간예조칙재상규호리기출상대기실행호리간예조시，비교량조환자술중적심솔、평균동맥압급술후동통정도、정서상태등호리효과。결과：간예조경과종합호리간예，각항지표균명현우우대조조（P﹤0.05）。결론：대급진수술적환자실행호리간예，가유효감경환자적심리응격，완해환자적긴장、공구여우필정서，차능구개선환자적동통、은정생명체정。호리간예재급진외상적치료중능발휘적겁적작용，제고급진수술환자적생활질량。
Objective:To investigate the effect of nursing intervention on patients with emergency surgery for trauma. Methods:180 pa-tients who underwent debridement operation in the emergency department were randomly divided into the intervention group(n=98)and the control group(n=82). The patients in the control group received routine nursing care and the nursing intervention was additionally implemented in the intervention group. The patient’s heart rate and mean arterial pressure in the operation,degree of postoperative pain and emotional state of the patients were compared between the two groups. Results:All indexes were significantly better in the intervention group than the control group after comprehensive nursing intervention(P﹤0. 05). Conclusion:Nursing intervention applied to patients with emergency operation for trauma can effectively relieve the patients’psychological stress and alleviate tension,fear,anxiety and pain.
